Movements for the activity suggested in the January e-magazine of Activity Director Today

Anyone Can Do It
1.    Gently tap your head once
2.    Do you have two ears? Gently touch them.
What do you do with your ears?
What else do you have two of?
3.    Open and close your mouth three times.
      What do you do with your mouth?
      Name some thing inside your mouth.
4.  Count to four, four times.
5.  Do you have five fingers on each hand? Count them to see. Now wiggle your fingers
6. One two buckle my? Three four shut the? Five six pick up?
7.   Lap and Clap 7 times
8.    Rub your stomach 8 times
9.  Touch your Head Shoulders Knees and Knees again 9 times
10  Put either arm in and out 10 times
11. Pretend your arms are windshield wipers. It just started to rain. Move your arms back and fourth like windshield wipers 11 times
12. Pretend you are climbing a ladder while you count to 12
